Why we're here:
This blog is to highlight the unjust persecution of legitimate non-TV users at the hands of TV Licensing. These people do not require a licence and are entitled to live without the unnecessary stress and inconvenience caused by TV Licensing's correspondence and employees.

If you use equipment to receive live broadcast TV programmes, or to watch or download BBC on-demand programmes via the iPlayer, then the law requires you to have a TV licence and we encourage you to buy one.

New on YouTube: TV Licensing Goon Threatens Member of the Public With "A Smack on Your Face"

A new video has emerged that appears to show a Capita TV Licensing goon threatening a member of the public with "a smack on your face".

This incident took place in the SE1 postcode district of London earlier today.

The goon is wearing a face nappy, but it was clearly a bit too complicated for him to put on correctly.

It would appear that he has just called at an unlicensed property in the search of a Mrs Richards.

The man who answered the door, who clearly was not Mrs Richards, proceeded to record the encounter.

The TV Licensing goon started to walk away from the property, but not before we caught a quick glimpse of his ID card - sadly not clearly enough to get his name.

The man recording asked the goon : "Are you from TV Licensing?"

The goon replied: "I'm not from TV Licensing".

The man retorted: "You've just said you're from TV Licensing".

We do not believe the man recording is an occupier of the property, because at one point during the footage he said: "What would you have done to the occupier? Would you have threatened to hit her as well?”

The man challenged the goon on his threats of violence.

"You're threatening me now, are you?" the man said.

"Yes", the cocky goon replied as he scurried away.

We are entirely confident that the BBC and Capita TV Licensing will be sniffing around this article and video like flies to a steaming warm shit.

They will undoubtedly try to deny that this is one of their goons, but we are in no doubt at all - he is clutching the exact same model of handheld device used by Capita TV Licensing; he holding an ID card bearing a close resemblance to that of TV Licensing.

We also have no reason to disbelieve the man's statement that the goon had just confirmed his TV Licensing status a few moments earlier.

Remember that no-one is legally obliged to entertain a TV Licensing pariah that lands on their doorstep. They should simply say nothing and close the door.

TV Licensing goons have no automatic rights of access to any property.

TV Licensing goons can never be trusted.

Typical hypocrisy. They think it's perfectly fine to come to your house to poke around, but as soon as you question them and film them in a public place they get the hump and threaten you with violence!

Charming people.
