Why we're here:
This blog is to highlight the unjust persecution of legitimate non-TV users at the hands of TV Licensing. These people do not require a licence and are entitled to live without the unnecessary stress and inconvenience caused by TV Licensing's correspondence and employees.

If you use equipment to receive live broadcast TV programmes, or to watch or download BBC on-demand programmes via the iPlayer, then the law requires you to have a TV licence and we encourage you to buy one.

If you've just arrived here from a search engine, then you might find our Quick Guide helpful.

TV Licensing Revisit Shakey

TV Licensing are getting almost as good at repeats as their BBC puppet masters.

A few days ago we brought you a repeat performance by West Yorkshire based TV Licensing goon Mr Grumpy. Unlike his first appearance, in which he was positively aggressive, Mr Grumpy didn't have much to say on this second occasion. No doubt he's still recovering from the massive bollocking he received after his coercive sales patter was exposed for public scrutiny the first time around.

Today we've just been informed that Michael Shakespeare, who defeated TV Licensing in rather unusual circumstances, has been visited by a new breed of goon.

The latest encounter is captured in full at YouTube.
