TV Licensing Goon Bale Snapped Again

TV Licensing's Paul Bale, the highest profile skip-licker in Northern Ireland, has been captured on video for a third time.

The effeminate-sounding goon, who has previously demonstrated anger and honesty issues, was filmed a few days ago trying to access the back yard of an unlicensed property. In the video Bale can be heard commenting on the fact that a young child can be seen playing in the secured yard, but that doesn't deter him from rattling on the gate regardless. Also of note is the fact that Bale has decided to snoop around at the rear of the property, instead of taking the conventional front door approach.

In Bale's last video encounter, described in this earlier post, he told a bare-faced lie by denying his employment with TV Licensing. He was also seen to strike out at the occupier's camera and threatened to report him to the police. Given our vocal criticism of his tactics back then, we really hoped that he would have taken up alternative employment by now. The BBC and TV Licensing are fully aware of Bale's actions, but have seemingly decided to ignore them.

Given the increasing number of people filming TV Licensing goon encounters, we feel it's only a matter of time before Bale's next performance on camera.

  1. If you stuck to the facts and avoided terms such as "effeminate", "Baldy" and "Beardy" I might have a bit more respect for what you are trying to achieve, as it is you come across as a bit of a nutcase yourself. When fighting a cause it's best not to sink to (or lower than) the level of your enemy.

    1. Calling people "effeminate", "baldy" and "beardy" is nothing compared to the actions of these people. What would you rather hear, people's homes being envaded by these people or these people being called names? I know which I prefer. ;) I find these types of entries to be quite entertaining actually. Name calling might be low, but like I said before, it's nothing compared to what these people do. They're paid to do a job and they go about thinking they can do whatever the hell they like, even if that includes being physical, or using intimidation tactics, with home owners.

I know you probably don't agree with what TVL do, but don't deny this blog owner their freedom of speech when it's all in the name of a bit of fun. Try not to take it too seriously.

  3. The OFFENCE

    Vagrancy Act 1824
s4 “ ... every person being found in or upon any dwelling house, warehouse, coach-house, stable, or outhouse, or in any inclosed yard, garden, or area, for any unlawful purpose ...”.

s6 Provides that there is an any person power of arrest.

    Notes

Where yards or gardens are concerned, the premises must be enclosed. All means of ingress and egress must be secured.

    TV Licensing

If TVL employees climb over a wall or fence and enter an enclosed garden or yard with the intention of committing trespass or any other unlawful action, they commit an offence and may be arrested by the householder.

  4. Proving himself to be a most vile individual isn't he. Typical goon.

  5. As the use of nicknames has attracted comment, I'd just like to say that I would much rather use every goon's real name when they are immortalised in this blog. Sadly, it often takes a while to determine their real names, so the use of nicknames is necessary.
I think using nicknames help to make each goon more memorable, which helps when they make their second appearance.
