Some of TV Licensing's finest, if there is such a thing, are heading back to the classroom after suffering another humiliating courtroom defeat.
More on that story tomorrow, so don't forget to check in then.
We promise it'll be a cringeworthy read for the BBC and TV Licensing!

'Possible broadcasts', detection equipment that supposedly works with margins of error despite their claims of frightening accuracy, TV Licensing's (The BBC) endless pursuit of that precious £145.50 even from innocent people in ill health, lies, fabrications, falsified documents presented to magistrates, the reluctance/inability to present detector evidence in such high places as crown courts. The list goes on.
ReplyDeleteI for one cannot wait to read the account of the latest victim of TV Licensing (The BBC) and the way justice was won in court. I truly hope the full account of the person's story goes a long way to damaging the already piss poor reputation of the BBC.
The person involved didn't want to become a victim of The BBC and neither should anybody else.
Thoroughly looking forward to the read tomorrow.
