They have major form in this area - generally their threatograms include several bogus elements - fake "enforcement divisions", fake signatures, bogus "visit approved" handstamps, references to non-existent "investigations", meaningless statements such as "will you be in on this date?" or "we're giving you 10 days to get licensed".<br /><br />In fact the BBC's TV Licensing clown-goons download a list of addresses at the start of the week and get to chose who they are going to bother.
