Why we're here:
This blog is to highlight the unjust persecution of legitimate non-TV users at the hands of TV Licensing. These people do not require a licence and are entitled to live without the unnecessary stress and inconvenience caused by TV Licensing's correspondence and employees.

If you use equipment to receive live broadcast TV programmes, or to watch or download BBC on-demand programmes via the iPlayer, then the law requires you to have a TV licence and we encourage you to buy one.

If you've just arrived here from a search engine, then you might find our Quick Guide helpful.

More TV Licensing Dishonesty

According to an internal TV Licensing briefing note, the TV Licensing Blog's free ebook is giving out "evasion tactics" to those that read it.

In common with most claims made by TV Licensing, its observation in this respect is complete and utter bollocks. TV Licensing must be getting desperate if it is inventing comments in an effort to discredit our work.

We defy anyone to read our free ebook, TV Licensing Laid Bare, and highlight a single sentence where we have encouraged or condoned any sort of criminality. It hasn't happened, but of course the truth isn't going to garner any sympathy amongst TV Licensing's puppet workforce.

Suffice to say we are furious, but not surprised, at this latest act of TV Licensing dishonesty. We are going to be digging extra hard over the next couple of weeks to redress the balance.

TV Licensing Blog always state very clearly "If you watch live TV you need a Licence".

The problem that we have is that the BBC is dishonest and get away with unacceptable behaviour and hide behind TV Licensing and Capita and use them as a tool to engage in underhanded tactics to steal our money. TV Licensing Blog is honest and fair.

The BBC are paid to tell the truth. They are in abuse of office as they mind control viewers and keep them in an Alpha state. They mislead the public as they take public money and do not provide the services they are paying for.

I'd like to see their stats. They are surely going to get destroyed over this smear campaign. Good.
